Bcent hotel

the rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The best part was the cleaning staff. after the first night they realised we needed more towels so they left clean towels. they also noticed we drank both of the water bottles provided, so next time they replenished with 6 bottles. these small gestures are really important and let’s you know they really care and notice what’s going on with the guests.

Rooms are spacious, full room facilities, receptionists are very helpful in explaining tourist attractions, reasonable prices, close to the station.

The room is bigger than I thought compared to hotel in Seoul with the same rate. The staff was really helpful!

Near train station. Good English speaking staff. Helped our travel itinerary and recommend food. Very quiet . Sleep very peaceful

Room size and cleaners. Hotel location is not far from Busan station.
